Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Typically, you can expect your order within 3–4 business days. While we strive for speedy delivery at Charactr, high order volumes may lead to slight delays. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed of any significant delays via email or phone — your satisfaction is our top priority.

To cancel an order, please email us at charactrclothing@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellations once the order has been shipped. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this timeframe.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

 

Refund Policy
We do not facilitate returns on our website.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all postage costs.

Exchanges (subject to availability) will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in perfect selling condition and unworn.
All original tags must be attached and unbroken.

All items will be thoroughly inspected before an exchange is approved. Items found to be worn, used, or unsellable will be rejected and returned to the customer.

If you receive a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We will not be able to assist with faulty items reported after this period.
